The following is a sample list of cases. The main point is that LTC Alphin has taken both plaintiff and defense in civil cases and both prosecution and defense in criminal cases (with most criminal work being on the defense side). The side the Institute assisted has always had a positive outcome.
Post Conviction - The Institute analyzed the autopsy and scene reports and concluded two handguns were at the death scene of the trophy wife. When confronted, responding trooper admitted hiding husband's revolver. Defendant transferred to home state of Michigan, immediately placed on parole.
